Job Description | Responsibilities

Conduct audits (monthly/customized) in accordance with FSSAI and FSMS standards across catering, base, and live kitchens

Submit audit reports within 2 working days and ensure timely closure of non-conformities (NCs)

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and investigation audits for food incidents, and recommend CAPA
