Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming communication including e-mails, phone calls, and physical mail and discuss with the Director for further action.
- Maintain accurate departmental records and filing systems.
- Organize and maintain the Director’s calendar; schedule meetings, set agendas, send reminders, and notify about cancellations/ changes.
- Attend meetings, take MoM, prepare follow up documents, and distribute minutes and reports to respective personnels
- Coordinate travel plans for the Director and other HODs including itineraries, bookings, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure the Director’s meeting space is well organized and equipped with necessary supplies, water, and formal arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to other HODs when required.
