Job Description | Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including reading and printing emails.
- Schedule and remind about meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
- Maintain and organize important files and departmental records.
- Prepare and send official letters and emails representing the Director.
- Coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, and maintain related records.
- Keep the Director’s office ready for meetings with stationery, calendars, refreshments, and more.
- Assist other HODs with executive tasks when required.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
