Job Description | Responsibilities

  1. Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including reading and printing emails.
  2. Schedule and remind about meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
  3. Maintain and organize important files and departmental records.
  4. Prepare and send official letters and emails representing the Director.
  5. Coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, and maintain related records.
  6. Keep the Director’s office ready for meetings with stationery, calendars, refreshments, and more.
  7. Assist other HODs with executive tasks when required.
  8. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
