Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Support executive/VIP users with hardware/software issues

  2. Manage hardware refresh cycles, warranty repairs, printer and AV setup

  3. Maintain inventory control, asset tagging, and asset management reporting

  4. Coordinate equipment shipments, returns, vendor repairs

  5. Assist with walk-up support and onboarding new hires
