  • End-to-end support for desktop hardware, software & connectivity issues

  • IMAC, desk-side, and break-fix support (laptops/desktops)

  • Lifecycle maintenance (OS, apps, patches, hardware swaps)

  • Incident analysis for training/automation opportunities

  • Strong in Windows 7, MS Office, Outlook, EUC & remote tools
