Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage hardware, software, and connectivity incidents.

  • Provide IMAC, break-fix, and desk-side support.

  • Support OS, apps, and lifecycle management.

  • Use remote tools for updates and configuration.

  • Ensure security and anti-virus compliance.

  • Proficient in Windows 7, ServiceNow, EUC tools.

  • Familiar with AD, MAC devices,VPN, mobile support
