Job Description | Responsibilities

  • L1/L2 support for user issues and ticket updates

  • Coordinate with vendors for AV issue resolution

  • Install/troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, basic Mac support

  • Support printers, hardware, and perform basic repairs

  • Use tools for diagnosing network and system issues

  • Project-based work environment 

  • Pay- €3,500/ -  €4,000/ Monthly
