Desktop Support Engineer L2

1. Provide onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple devices

2. Handle Installations, Moves, Additions, and Changes (IMAC) and troubleshoot cross-platform issues

3. Support executive/VIP users with technical assistance

4. Coordinate equipment shipments, returns, vendor repairs

5. Assist with walk-up support and onboarding new hires
