Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software in a corporate Windows 11 environment.

  2. Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, networking, VPN, printers, and Wi-Fi.

  3. Log incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

  4. Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent IT operations.
