Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Duration: 7+ months (Possible Extension)

  • Pay Rate: $15-$16/hr on W2

  • Shifts: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM

  • Resolve inquiries via phone/email

  • Assist with platform navigation, registration, and Health Survey completion

  • Maintain customer interaction records

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Customer service experience (preferred)

  • Interview: Video Conference
