Job Description | Responsibilities
- Monitor and control F&B, inventory, and operational costs to support profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports and variance analysis.
- Conduct stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and investigate discrepancies or wastage.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, receiving records, and POS transactions.
- Support budgeting, audits, cost-saving initiatives, and internal control improvements.
