- Oversee O&M of 30/50 MW solar plant
- Plan,execute and report daily operations
- Ensure safety compliance and SOP adherence
- Manage SLDC communication and S&F activities
- Train and guide technicians
- Troubleshoot invester/string faults
- Monitor performance and optimize generation
