Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Call Insurance companies on behalf of physicians and carry further examination on outstanding Accounts Receivables
  2. Prioritize unpaid claims for calling according to the length of time it has been outstanding
  3. Evaluate unpaid insurance claims
  4. Call insurance companies and check on the status of claims
  5. Check insurance relevance offered by patients
