Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage staff access & break reports and update the reports on a daily basis and share it with the upper management.
- Assist colleagues and clarify their question related to their attendance or leaves.
- Create and update records and databases of vendors whom we work with.
