Manage and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, pipelines and user access.

Build workflows, blueprints and automation using Deluge.

Develop custom functions and automate CRM processes.

Support APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations.

Create reports and dashboards for sales and marketing.

Maintain CRM data quality and troubleshoot issues.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Tech teams to improve CRM processes.
