Workforce Performance Manager

• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) on a team-wise and account-wise basis
• Analyze actual versus targets to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for management on a monthly basis
• Conduct monthly performance calls with Department/ Deputy Managers (DMs)
