Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Plan & execute drilling, completion, workover

  • Align with subsurface, HSE, ops teams

  • Manage risks & ensure cost control (AFE prep)

  • Coordinate vendors & service logistics

  • Apply best practices to reduce NPT

  • Ensure regulatory & HSE compliance

  • Support rig ops with troubleshooting
