  1. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
  2. Create original website design ideas focusing on simplicity and usability
  3. Develop wireframes,storyboards,user flows,process flows and site maps
  4. Present and defend designs to peers and stakeholders
  5. Establish and maintain design guidelines,best practices and standards
