• Manage inward, GRN, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure 99%+ inventory accuracy and proper batch/expiry management.
• Drive fast order fulfilment and on-time dispatch/delivery.
• Manage transporters, logistics partners, route planning, and vehicle utilisation.
• Control RTO, NDR, damages, shortages, and logistics cost per order.
• Manage warehouse teams and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.
• Track daily operational KPIs and MIS.
