Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Manage work queues for Windows and VMware incidents and problems
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure availability, reliability and scalability of VMWare and Windows Server systems.
- Serve as cornerstone for escalating windows server and VMware issues
- Design, implement and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure
- Create PowerShell scripts
