Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at the vendor slaughterhouse.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits at various stages of processing from ante-mortem to post-mortem.
• Coordinate with vendor staff to implement and maintain SOPs.
