• Strong knowledge of US Mortgage & Real Estate Appraisal

• Experience with forms: 1004, 1025, 1073, 2055, BPO (Exterior)

• Skilled in reviewing property details & coordinating corrections

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

• Positive, proactive, and quick learner

• Mandatory night shift (6:30 PM–3:30 AM / 7:30 PM–4:30 AM IST)

• 5 Days working
