• Daily Operations: Oversee all clinical and non-clinical departments (OPD, IPD, ER, ICU, Diagnostics, Billing, Front Office, and Pharmacy) to ensure seamless patient flow and minimum turnaround time.
• P&L and Business Growth: Drive the unit’s financial targets, manage operational costs, improve EBITDA, and spearhead local corporate tie-ups and referral doctor networks.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to NABH, JCI, and local government healthcare regulations.
