Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Monitor & apply updates to UCC apps, hardware
  • Maintain documentation & deliver end user training

  • Manage Microsoft Teams admin center,  generate reports

  • Configure, deploy, onboard,  decommission UCC equipment

  • Support asset management, create support tickets

  • 3+ years supporting Microsoft Teams, AV systems and related collaboration tools.
