- Build project finance models,manage documentation and security
- Coordinate with banks,credit agencies and consultants
- Ensure liquidity across SPV s and manage fund flows
- Optimize portfolio financing (tenor,cost,leverage)
- Monitor covenants,ratings,IRRs and valuations
- Handle FDI,ECB,FEMA,SEBI compliance
- Support M&A and strategic projects
