Trainee Engineers

• Resolve hardware, software, network issues (SLA-based)

• Assist in app/peripheral installation & remote support

• Install/configure Windows & Mac systems

• Troubleshoot printers, scanners, AV devices

• Perform patching, updates, daily health checks

• Manage IT assets & inventory

• Basic hardware knowledge (HDD, power, etc.)

• Good in MS Office, Windows OS
