- Design, develop, and maintain molds, dies, and tooling for manufacturing processes.
- Handle mold trials, troubleshooting, modifications, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for tooling requirements.
- Analyze tooling defects, wear, and failures to improve performance and durability.
- Manage tooling documentation, maintenance schedules, and technical specifications.
