Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- To follow up with BDMs for important expected order list.
- To maintain ISO formats of customer feedback and customer complaint.
- To co-ordinate with all BDMs to attend CRM Meeting.
- Follow-up calls to client for pre-tender-related queries viz due date extensions, tender call, technical issue resolution etc.
