Telesales Executive

• Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
• Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
• Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed
• Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
