Job Description | Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology transfer, scale-up, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products
- Coordinate R&D, Production, QA, QC, Regulatory, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
- Prepare and review transfer protocols, risk assessments, validation documents, and technical reports
- Support troubleshooting, process validation, deviation investigations, CAPA, and process optimization
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, customer/site coordination, and successful commercial handover
