Job Description | Responsibilities
- Lead HR specialized services teams and ensure timely, accurate delivery of HR processes.
- Manage workloads, team performance, SLAs, escalations, and service quality.
- Provide guidance on complex HR cases, policies, employee lifecycle processes, and transactions.
- Coordinate with HR business partners and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
