Lead and mentor a team of data analysts (4–5 members)

Own complex SQL development (CTEs, Stored Procedures, Indexes, Views)
Drive data modeling, data warehousing, and pipeline design
Perform performance tuning and optimization across database objects
Build KPIs and deliver ad-hoc analysis for time-sensitive business cases
