Manage the full spectrum of tax compliance, litigation, advisory, and planning for 6 Indian legal entities.

Oversee direct tax activities including compliance (25%), litigation (50%), advisory/M&A (15%), and other tax-related tasks (10%).

Handle tax assessments, prepare submissions, and manage risk mitigation.
