- Palo alto / forta gates – router switch – juniper SD Wan – aruba edge connect
- Designs, implements, and manages LAN/WAN infrastructure and services.
- Performs advanced troubleshooting for Tier II and some Tier III helpdesk tickets and provides resolutions to complex network issues. Escalates incidents as necessary.
- Analyzes network performance and recommends improvements.
