Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Provide first-line tech support via phone,email and ticketing systems
  2. Troubleshoot connectivity,access and authentication issues (ZTNA)
  3. Manage and document support tickets accurately
  4. Update knowledge base with FAQs and solutions
  5. Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
  6. Monitor systems and ensure SLA adherence
