Support Engineer | Mumbai

• Study, get trained and learn about the working of the company's enterprise business process automation software products like Distributor Management System, Salesforce etc. and related Mobile Applications.
• Provide software support by understanding issues reported by Internal and external customers and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide online and on-premises training and implementation support on company's software products to end users.
• Coordinate with the external product engineering and operations team and get customer complaints resolved within relevant timelines.
