Sr. VOIP Engineer

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and SIP-based VoIP systems.
• Develop dialplans, IVRs, call routing, AGI scripts, and telephony automation.
• Manage SIP trunking, Kamailio/OpenSIPS, WebRTC, and open-source dialers like Vicidial and OSDial.
• Monitor VoIP performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize voice quality.
• Collaborate with development teams while ensuring system security, uptime, backups, and documentation.
