• Manage ServiceNow CMDB lifecycle, CI classes, asset discovery, relationships, and data quality.
• Govern hardware/software asset lifecycles, inventory, ownership, licensing, and compliance.
• Drive automation, integrations, reporting, audits, and continuous improvement of CMDB/ITAM processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to establish standards, policies, KPIs, and governance frameworks
