Sr. Engineer I - Structures

1. Create 3D models and assemblies in CATIA 3DX (V6)
2. Perform hand calculations and preliminary sizing for feasibility
3. Conduct basic FEA and stack-up analysis for tolerance/fit
4. Design moulds,tools and fixtures for manufacturing
5. Collaborate teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
6. Document design processes and maintain change records
