• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, traders, and processors for pulses.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to secure the best value and consistent supply.
• Work with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with FSSAI, APEDA, AGMARK, HACCP, and other food safety norms.
• Analyze market trends and work accordingly.
