• Manage 24/7 SOC operations and security monitoring.
• Lead incident response, escalation, and resolution.
• Supervise L0/L1/L2/L3 SOC analysts.
• Monitor SIEM, WAF, Firewall, DNS Security, and Proxy solutions.
• Handle change, problem, and ticket management.
• Create SOPs, runbooks, and reports.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and team performance.
