Job Description | Responsibilities
- Work in 24X7 shifts nad monitor logs/alerts via SIEM
- Detect incidents using SIEM rules,reports,dashboards
- Report and escalate incidents as per SLA
- Monitor SIEM tool health and performance
- Triage EDR and M365 events
- Support SOC analysts in incident resolution
- Communicate with external teams
- Maintain documentation and MIS reports
