SMT Operator

• Operate SMT machines including Pick-and-Place, Screen Printer, and Reflow Oven.
• Set up machines and load electronic components.
• Perform first-off and visual PCB inspections.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic faults.
• Maintain production records and daily reports.
• Follow ESD, IPC, safety, and 5S standards.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
