Job Description | Responsibilities
- Operate SMT machines including Pick-and-Place, Screen Printer, and Reflow Oven.
- Set up machines and load electronic components.
- Perform first-off and visual PCB inspections.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic faults.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Follow ESD, IPC, safety, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
