Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Design and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery,Event Mgmt,Orchestration)
  2. Integrate ITOM with tools like SolarWinds,Nagios,SCOM
  3. Maintain CMDB accuracy and service mapping
  4. Build automation workflows
  5. Customize dashboards and reports
  6. Follow Agile/ITIL practices
  7. Troubleshoot module and integration issues
