Job Description | Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, or GRC as applicable) to meet DOE business requirements.
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, client scripts, and Flow Designer automations.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other DOE/federal systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
