Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor daily call volume.
- Ensure timely resolution of pending cases.
- Track service franchise call backlog.
- Oversee Visit TAT & Closer TAT.
- Manage repeat/re-open & costing ratio.
- Address HO, dealer, and social media escalations.
- Guide service franchise for NPS score improvement.
- Enforce use of genuine spare parts.
- Conduct weekly site visits.
