Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Travel within the assigned territory for on-site customer support

  2. Handle installation of new machines at customer locations

  3. Perform maintenance and repair of machines under warranty or Annual Service Contracts (ASC)

  5. Assist the sales team with technical pre-sales support
