Key Responsibilities
-Plan and execute YouTube growth strategies to increase subscribers and watch time.
-Perform keyword research & SEO optimization (titles, tags, descriptions).
-Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics.
-Optimize CTR (Click Through Rate) through thumbnails and titles.
-Work closely with content creators, editors, and designers.

Preferred Qualifications
-1–3 years of experience managing YouTube channels.
-Experience in kids content / animation niche (plus point).
