Job Description | Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.
- Manage Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, Jamf, and endpoint security.
- Support AWS cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Maintain DNS, DHCP, SMTP, Exchange Online, and virtualization platforms.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and manage access controls.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Participate in on-call support and system improvements.
