Job Description | Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Prepare material procurement plans based on BOQs and project schedules.
- Source and evaluate vendors, quotations and technical specifications.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Track material availability, POs, deliveries and vendor performance.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, QS, finance and site teams.
- Drive cost savings, quality compliance and timely material delivery.
